“We arrived 20 minutes before the departure time and waited for 50 minutes but no one turned up. Rang Viator who confirmed the location, and there were other groups there waiting for the same tour. The boats were there with lights on but seemingly no one onboard. The operator is closed at the weekends so couldn’t contact them. Just had to leave 30 minutes past the scheduled start time.”
